ALFA SL M G is a lift truck ideal for moving and transferring drums and containers in order to perform dosing operations in a safe and accurate way.
With the specific “drum tipper” system installed in the machine, the operator can control and manually adjust all the operations related to the movement of drums and cylindrical containers of different diameter.

A SOLUTION SPECIFIC FOR DRUMS:
Thanks to the specific drum holder with hand wheel lock and rotation with manual reduction unit with screw, it is extremely easy to use a custom-made solution for moving drums.
MAXIMUM ADAPTABILITY:
Thanks to the possibility of installing drum tippers fitted with bottom and/or specific reduction units, a single stacker can take drums of different diameter; an optional tilting system, either frontal or lateral, ensures the possibility of adapting to all the specific movement requirements.
SIMPLICITY OF USE:
Activation of the fork lifting system through a fast hand pump (without load) with lever and descent control located on the handle for a quick execution of the operation; it is easy to control and position the stacker thanks to the system of lateral shackles.
MOVEMENT OF LOADS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS:
The current regulations in terms of safety at the workplace impose very strict limits on the manual movement of loads by the operator; therefore, the ALFA SL M G series represents the simplest and most economical solution in order to move drums and containers in compliance with the current regulations.
MAINTENANCE:
The purpose of design and the large number of prototypes developed has always been to obtain not only excellent performance, but also a significant reduction of the probabilities of failure and a longer average life of the stacker.
SAFETY
For ARMANNI, the safety of operators is the main requirement when designing machines; structural calculations and simulation programmes lead to the creation of highly resistant frames in order to ensure maximum safety even with full load.
The complete safety equipment includes crush resistance fairing on the wheels, parking brake and mast mesh guards.
