ALFA SL M TILTER represents a specific solution for tilting requirements and the corresponding emptying of baskets and tanks.
The ALFA SL M SIDE TILTER version foresees the container side tilting with a tilting angle between – 20° and +20°, whereas the ALFA SL M FRONTAL TILTER version foresees frontal tilting with a maximum angle of 85°.

ADVANTAGES
A SPECIFIC SOLUTION FOR TILTING THE LOAD:
Thanks to their simple structure designed for tilting tanks or pallets, these stackers represent a particularly suitable solution for operators to approach the machine in order to facilitate the hold of pieces from the bottom of the tank.
SIMPLICITY OF USE:
Activation of the fork lifting system through a fast hand pump (without load) with lever and descent control located on the handle for a quick execution of the operation; it is easy to control and position the stacker thanks to the system of lateral shackles.
By means of a simple manual lever system, it is possible to tilt the load sideways with an inclination of +/- 20°; on the other hand, in the vertical tilter, the pump acts on the inclination of forks, ensuring a maximum inclination of 85°.
MOVEMENT OF LOADS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS:
The current regulations in terms of safety at the workplace impose very strict limits on the manual movement of loads by the operator; therefore, the ALFA SL TILTER series represents the simplest and most economical solution in order to move and tilt tanks and pallets in compliance with the current regulations.
MAINTENANCE:
The purpose of design and the large number of prototypes developed has always been to obtain not only excellent performance, but also a significant reduction of the probabilities of failure and a longer average life of the stacker.
SAFETY
For ARMANNI, the safety of operators is the main requirement when designing machines; structural calculations and simulation programmes lead to the creation of highly resistant frames in order to ensure maximum safety even with full load.
The complete safety equipment includes crush resistance fairing on the wheels, parking brake and mast mesh guards.
