In the world of material handling,
there’s nothing we can’t handle
Beta SL 12V

BETA semi-electric stackers combine the machine manual traction (made even simpler by the specific steering arm) with electric elevation with 12V battery, thus representing the ideal solution for moving medium-heavy loads: forks are lifted and lowered through the corresponding ascent/descent push-buttons installed on the machine body.

The two versions, BETA SL 12V 105-125-155 / 08 and 16, feature a lifting structure with single stage mast that allows alternative lifting ranging from 800 to 1600 mm and nominal capacities of up to 1500 Kg; on the other hand, the BETA SL 12V 105-125-155 / 25-30-35 version has a duplex two stage mast, with which it is possible to reach lifting heights of up to 3.5 metres.

ADVANTAGES
ROBUSTNESS AND ELECTRIC LIFTING FOR GREAT HEIGHTS:
The robust structure together with the electric lifting system ensure capacities of up to 1500 Kg even at considerable heights; this type of machine represents a real alternative to electronic models, guaranteeing a high user-friendliness level, which is connected to a low degree of fatigue for the operator.

FACILITATED MANUAL TRACTION:
The driving solution with adjustable rudder ensures simple manoeuvrability and positioning of the load under safe conditions.

ALTERNATIVE SUPPLY:
In addition to the version fed by rechargeable battery through the corresponding built-in battery charger, it is also possible to have 220/380v supply, for service in fixed stations or with minimum displacement, everything for the benefit of efficiency and quickness of use.

SHOCKPROOF CASING:
Shockproof casing made of sheet steel and ABS for containing all the primary components, control unit, battery, battery charger, etc. according to the current regulations.

MOVEMENT OF LOADS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS:
The current regulations in terms of safety at the workplace impose very strict limits on the manual movement of loads by the operator; therefore, the BETA SL series represents the right and economical solution in order to move medium-heavy loads in compliance with the current regulations.

MAINTENANCE:
The purpose of design and the large number of prototypes developed has always been to obtain not only excellent performance, but also a significant reduction of the probabilities of failure and a longer average life of the stacker; maintenance operations are facilitated by the simple opening system of the bodywork, which allows entering the machine body without obstacles.

SAFETY
For ARMANNI, the safety of operators is the main requirement when designing machines; structural calculations and simulation programmes lead to the creation of highly resistant frames in order to ensure maximum safety even with full load.
The complete safety equipment includes:
crush resistance fairing on the wheels, parking brake, mast mesh guards and emergency button
