TPE SL DL is the electric pallet transponder that in addition to lifting of the races (common to normal transponders) offers the possibility of lifting the load up to a height of 1400 mm with simple mast characterized by optimum visibility.
The unique features of TPE SL DL allow thus combining the traditional transport operations of goods of the common transponders to the additional features such as picking goods subject to partial pick-up, storage of goods on shelves / loading / unloading of trucks, simultaneous handling of two pallets and easily overcoming of ramps.
ADVANTAGES
MULTIFUNCTIONALITY: TRANSPORTATION, COMMISSIONING AND STORAGE
The independent lifting of races and forks allows merging multiple pallet transponder and lifter features in a single model.
The lifting of the races up to 200 mm allows the transport of pallets, as a normal pallet transponder, while the possibility of further raising the forks up to 1400 mm allows lifting the goods, subject to partial pick-up, up to an optimal taken height in order not to strain the back of the Operator.
The lifting of the forks through jamb allows also offers storing the pallets on shelves at different heights from the ground or loading and unloading goods from trucks.
OVERCOMING RAMPS AND BARRIERS
Through special hydraulic control and through the lifting of the supporting legs, you can increase ground clearance under the machine, so being able to safely overcome any minor obstacles and ramps; unique feature not characterizing the common lift trucks with a standard steering gear.
DOUBLE PALLET
The possibility of combined lifting of the races and the forks allows you handling two pallets simultaneously: one resting on the legs and one on the forks. Moreover, you can storage the pallets in a superimposed position for a better use and space management, especially when handling goods within trailers or containers.
MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
The maximum width and reduced vertical dimension lifting jamb provides a perfect visibility of the forks plan and a facilitated pallet pick-up.
MANOEUVRABILITY AND SAFETY:
Thanks to the innovative DR EVO driving system, the operator can benefit
from maximum drivability, manoeuvrability and safety ensured by the new
steering arm that has been entirely designed by ARMANNI R&D team,
and which integrates the new “turtle” function and the two-speed
ascent/descent control system.

The structure with 5 contact points flanked by the specific damper
system (SGS, Super Grip System) ensures the perfect grip between the
driving wheel and the floor, even when there is unevenness or extreme
ruggedness.
MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance operations are facilitated by the simple opening system of
the bodywork, which allows entering the machine body without obstacles,
and by the possibility of immediately identifying failures through
“check-up LEDs”.
SAFETY
For ARMANNI, the safety of operators is the main requirement when
designing machines; structural calculations and simulation programmes
lead to the creation of highly resistant frames in order to ensure
maximum safety even with full load.
The complete safety equipment also includes regular safety fairing, mast
mesh guards and emergency buttons, as well as specific safety systems
such as:
“CRUSH RESISTANCE” REVERSAL:
integrated in
the rudder head, this device has been designed to avoid operator
crushing regardless of his/her position and build.
OPERATOR PRESENCE DETECTION:
this avoids the accidental activation of the start-up controls; thus,
the lift truck can only be activated when the operator is in the driving
position guaranteed by a minimum angle of inclination of the rudder
with respect to the vertical axis;
“TURTLE” FUNCTION:
by
simply pressing one button, it is possible to reduce speed by 80% in
order to work in total safety conditions even in narrow spaces or with
delicate loads.
