Introducing Smart Light, a blend of compactness, versatility, and elegance designed for agile, swift, and secure handling. As the smallest in its category, it is as compact as a manual pallet truck, making it the optimal solution for navigating tight spaces where agility and compactness are essential. These characteristics make Smart Light particularly well-suited for operations involving trucks and semi-trailer trucks.

The Smart Light evo 150/200 model is capable of handling loads of up to 1500 kg.

AS COMPACT AS A MANUAL PALLET TRUCK:

In its standard configuration, the maximum compactness (1150 mm) is already assured. This compactness can be further enhanced by opting for equipment with shortened forks of 800 or 1000 mm. This makes it ideal for operations in environments with limited maneuvering space, such as trucks, semi-trailer trucks, and containers.
MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY:

When the pallet truck is braking, a specific energy recovery system is activated. This system, designed to minimize power consumption, ensures that the pallet truck can perform more work cycles on a single battery charge.
MAXIMUM CONTROL:

The advanced system acting on the traction system allows, in addition to a maximum precision speed regulation, full safety in loading/unloading operations on ramps through an Anti Roll-Back action, uphill start without backward slipping, and Anti Roll-Down, for downhill control of the machine’s torque.
MANEUVERABILITY AND SAFETY:

The pallet truck is equipped with an innovative DR EVO steering system. This system enhances the operator’s control, maneuverability, and safety. It features a new steering tiller that includes a “turtle” function for slow-speed precision. Additionally, it has an innovative two-speed system for controlling the pallet truck’s ascent and descent.
STABILITY ON ANY SURFACE:

The pallet truck features a 5-point support structure, complemented by a specialized shock absorber system known as the Super Grip System (SGS). This combination ensures that the drive wheel maintains perfect contact with the ground, even when traversing uneven surfaces or significant bumps.
