To guarantee fast and efficient technical support, assistance for Armanni products is managed exclusively
through a ticketing system. This method offers important advantages for the customer: it ensures full
traceability of requests, reduces waiting times, and optimizes rapid problem resolution with the aim of
minimizing machine downtime.
Tickets are opened by the customer through the dedicated Help Desk portal, a restricted area that
customers can access independently after identification via username and password to ensure security.
Original spare parts
Our original spare parts form the foundation of long-lasting replacement operations.
With our dedicated after-sales service, we ensure that these spare parts are shipped and delivered within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
Each of our machines is associated with a unique serial number, providing complete traceability. This guarantees that we can supply the exact replacement
part needed in any situation, even for customized lift trucks that are not part of our standard series.
Maintenance
Our scheduled maintenance service (available only for Italy) is designed to significantly cut costs associated with breakdowns and avoid unwanted machine downtime.
By working with the customer to establish an optimal schedule for maintenance interventions at agreed-upon intervals, we can greatly prolong the lifespan of the product.
Our quarterly chain inspection service, along with the provision of documentation detailing the inspections carried out, ensures that one can operate in a safe
environment and comply with the responsibilities mandated by the existing laws on workplace safety.
